  • What should I wear to class?

Clothing should be comfortable and easy for you to move around in. You can decide to practice barefoot or simple dance shoes are fine. An optional hip coin belt or scarf can be worn!

  • What are the health benefits?

Dancing is a great way to get some cardiovascular exercise! It helps increase flexibility, whilst also focusing on core muscles. Improvements in posture, strengthening of back muscles, balance, coordination, toning of muscles in many regions within the body, increases circulation and many more! As well as the physical benefits, one can also expect to see an increase in self-confidence and spirit!

  • Do I have to show my belly?

This is completely optional, you can opt to wear a top that reveals your belly or decide not to!

  • Does size matter?

Absolutely not! Anyone of any size can participate!

  • Does age matter?

Nope! Bellydance is suitable for all ages.

  • Does gender matter?

The classes are open to all.
